searching for assisant and lead coordinators for upcoming wedding seson

Evently is currently seeking Assistant coordinators to join our growing team. These are ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating seamless, thoughtfully executed wedding experiences.

This is not a traditional part-time role. Hours vary based on bookings and typically range from 10–40 hours per month, depending on the role and event schedule. Team members have the flexibility to indicate their availability for select weekends and preferred travel areas, with schedules typically confirmed three or more months in advance.

Our primary market is Louisville, Kentucky, though we regularly serve clients throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Team members should be comfortable traveling within the region and must have reliable transportation. Travel compensation is provided and varies based on the event.

Event days are dynamic, hands-on, and detail-driven. Team members should be prepared to be on their feet for full wedding days—sometimes up to 14 hours—and excel in environments that require adaptability, strong organization, and a calm, composed presence. A successful Evently team member is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing the many moving parts of a wedding day.

Weekend availability is essential, as most events take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Team members must also be able to commit to event dates up to 12+ months in advance to ensure consistent, high-level support for our clients.

Coordinator Assistants should bring a strong willingness to learn and grow within the events industry. Previous event experience is a plus, but not required.

All team members should have access to WiFi, a computer, and a phone, along with strong time management skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and supportive in high-energy environments.
