Whether you’ve planned every detail and need someone to bring it to life, or you’re starting with a blank page and a dream, we’ll ensure your day unfolds effortlessly.
What's Included
Every couple, no matter their level of service, receives comprehensive wedding day management designed to ensure a seamless and stress free experience.
Each Package Includes:
Complete setup and teardown of décor items provided by you (vendors are responsible for their own items)
Greeting and coordinating with vendors to ensure everything runs on schedule
Pinning boutonnieres and corsages
Directing the ceremony processional and recessional, including cueing musicians
Assisting with photography to keep portraits efficient and organized
Transferring floral arrangements, guest book, gifts, and cards to the reception
Ensuring guests are comfortable and informed throughout each part of the celebration
Managing the reception timeline — from introductions and toasts to cake cutting and dances
Coordinating closely with the caterer, photographer, videographer, and entertainment
Overseeing your grand exit — petals, sparklers, bubbles, or something uniquely yours
Delivering payments and gratuities to vendors
Packing leftover food and cake for you to enjoy later
Safely transporting gifts and keepsakes to a designated car or suite

Timeline Creation
Develop a detailed wedding day schedule.
Floor Plans
Design floor plans for both ceremony and reception spaces to ensure optimal layout and flow.
Vendor Coordination
Confirm all vendor arrangements 1 week before the wedding and manage their schedules on the day.
Rehearsal Coordination
Organize and oversee the rehearsal to ensure the officiant and wedding party knows their roles. and feels comfortable.
On-Site Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, the wedding party, and guests on the day of the wedding.
12-Hour Wedding Day Coordination
Your lead coordinator will be onsite for up to 12 consecutive hours on your wedding day. Need more time? Additional hours are available at $20/hour.
Timeline Management
Keep the day on schedule, ensuring each event runs smoothly and as planned, such as the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Coordinate Grand Entrances, Special Dances, Cake Cutting, Toasts, Bouquet Tosses and Send Offs.
Troubleshooting
Handle any issues that arise on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Coordination - $1,600
For the couple who’s planned every detail and simply needs a trusted professional to bring it all together.
Our Coordination package ensures your months of effort unfold flawlessly. We’ll manage your timeline, communicate with vendors, and handle every moving piece on the day of your wedding — allowing you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and celebrate without stress.

Initial Planning Meeting
Review the progress made so far and discuss your vision, style, and remaining
planning needs.
Vendor Management
Recommend vetted and trusted vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.).
Manage all vendor communications, contracts and bookings
Coordinate vendor services and ensure they align with the overall wedding theme.
Timeline Creation
Develop a comprehensive wedding timeline, ensuring all events are scheduled efficiently.
Coordination with Existing Vendors
Liaise with vendors you’ve already booked to confirm details and logistics. Confirm all vendor
arrangements 1 week before the wedding and manage their schedules on the day.
Consulting
Includes monthly planning video calls via Google Meet, plus attendance at all vendor meetings and venue walkthroughs as needed.
Guest Coordination
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
Provide recommendations for guest accommodations and travel.
partial Planning - $3,500
Ideal for couples who enjoy planning but value guidance along the way.
With Partial Planning, we’ll collaborate throughout the process — offering expert recommendations, vendor referrals, and insight to help you refine your plans.
In addition to everything provided in the coordination package, you’ll also get:
Theme and Color Palette
Develop a cohesive theme and color palette that reflects your personal style and vision.
Mood Boards and Mock-Ups
Create detailed mood boards and mock-ups to visually represent your design concept, including color schemes, floral arrangements, tablescapes and decor elements.
Decor Sourcing
Source and recommend decor items, including floral arrangements, table settings, centerpieces, signage, and lighting.
Shopping List
Provide a detailed and organized shopping list to obtain selected decor
Wedding Website Design and Creation
Design and develop a personalized wedding website that reflects your style and theme. This includes creating a visually appealing layout, incorporating essential information such as event details, RSVP functionality, and personalized content to engage and inform your guests.
Stationery & Signage
Graphic design of custom signage, stationery, favors, decals, installments aetc.
Coordination + Design $4,500
For couples who love the logistics handled but also want creative direction and cohesive design.
This package blends expert coordination with personalized aesthetic support — from color palettes and layout guidance to custom styling for your ceremony and reception. Together, we’ll curate an atmosphere that reflects your story, ensuring every visual element feels intentional, romantic, and uniquely you.
In addition to everything listed in the coordination package, plus:
Budget Management
Create a detailed budget breakdown.
Track expenses and payments to ensure the wedding stays within budget.
Venue Selection
Research and recommend venues that match the couple’s vision and budget.
Arrange and accompany the couple on venue tours.
Handle all venue-related logistics, including booking and contract review.
Style Guidance
Provide recommendations on wedding party attire, floral arrangements, and other
style elements to enhance the overall look.
Guest Coordination
Provide recommendations for guest accommodations and travel.
Manage guest communication and information distribution (welcome letters, itineraries, etc.).
Assist with special guest needs (dietary restrictions, transportation, etc.).
Invitation and Stationery Management
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
Assemble and stuff wedding invitations and other stationery into envelopes, including adding any inserts or enclosures as needed. Ensure all envelopes are neatly prepared for mailing.
Address each envelope with guest addresses and return addresses, using either calligraphy or a professional printing service to ensure a polished and elegant presentation.
Post-Wedding Services
Coordinate the return of rentals and manage final vendor payments.
Arrange for the preservation of the wedding dress, bouquet, and other keepsakes.
Assist with post-wedding tasks such as thank-you notes and album creation.
Full Service Planning + Design $6,000
For the couple who wants a truly elevated, hands-free experience. From your very first consultation to the final farewell, we handle every detail with care and precision. We’ll design your event concept, source and manage vendors, create timelines and budgets, and serve as your advocate every step of the way.
